Food: Cream Dory Fish Fillet

Just a quick blog post about our dinner last Monday!:) My kuya (older brother) went home from his General Santos work related trip with a box of fresh Tunas! (Tuna head, Tuna Belly, Tuna Tenderloin and Cream Dory Fillet) Love it!:)

Here are some photos of my fish fillet menu!:)

You can make upto 13-15 pcs. of fish fillet!:)

 Frying time!:)

Finished!:) Tadaaaaaaaaa!! Ready to eat!:)

How to cook fish fillet:

1. Marinade the fish with the following:
-freshly squeezed calamansi (2-3pcs)
-dash of salt
-dash of pepper
-1 tsp of soy sauce. (to add color)
*Let the fish soaked for about 30minutes.
2. Cut the fish into your desired size.
3. Roll the fish into a flour with finely crushed pepper (white pepper, much better)
3. Dip the fish into a beaten egg.
4. Roll the fish with some bread crumbs. (Just enough to cover the fish)
5. Fry each side 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
6. EATING TIME!:)

So easy to do!!:) Just make sure to lay the cooked fish fillet into some paper towels to soaked some oil!

That's it for a short food blog post for today!:)
Happy Wednesday everyone!:)

PS. My Day 2 Makeup Challenge will be up with in the day! So check back!:)

Love Lots,
